Sales management

Sell

Yacht sales management and brokerage.

Sales management

When it's time to sell, the same standard.

Brokerage on owner-direct terms. We list selectively, never aggregate, and represent your asking position rather than chasing every offer.

We sell yachts from Miami into the U.S. and international markets, representing a small number of vessels at a time — by design.

The standard

We sell yachts the way we charter them — quietly, and to the right person.

If you have chartered with us, you already know how we work. Sales management is the same discipline applied to a sale: a small number of qualified buyers, a fair valuation, and a closing process that respects the asset and the timeline.

What we handle

Valuation
honest market positioning, not a flattering number to win the listing
Preparation
survey preparation, detailing, staging, and the punch list that adds real value
Marketing
photography, video, and listing management (with our yacht marketing team)
Showings & sea trials
qualified buyers only, run by people who know the boat
Negotiation & closing
offers, surveys, documentation, and escrow coordinated to done
Handover
crew, dockage, and delivery arranged for the new owner; loose ends closed for you

Questions we get

Sales management · FAQ

  • What does it cost to sell through you?

Standard brokerage commission, agreed up front, with no marketing surprise fees — preparation costs are quoted before they're spent.

  • How long does a yacht take to sell?

Priced honestly and presented properly: typically a season, not a year. We'd rather tell you the real number on day one than relist at it in month nine.

  • Will you handle the survey and sea trial?

Yes — we prepare the vessel, attend both, and manage the findings negotiation.

  • Can you sell a boat you don't manage?

Yes. Though sellers who come for the sale often stay for the management on the next boat.
